1. 付款失敗怎麼辦？

如果您在結帳時無法完成付款，請先檢查信用卡資料是否正確，並確認已完成銀行要求的安全驗證。您也可以稍後再試，或嘗試使用其他可用的付款方式。

If you are unable to complete your payment, please check that your card details are correct and complete any security verification required by your bank. You may also try again later or use another available payment method.

Why is my credit card payment unsuccessful?

付款失敗可能與信用卡資料、線上交易限制、銀行安全驗證或交易授權有關。若問題持續發生，建議您聯絡發卡銀行確認交易是否受到限制。

Payment failures may be related to card details, online transaction restrictions, bank security verification, or transaction authorisation. If the issue persists, please contact your card-issuing bank to check whether the transaction has been restricted.

3. 為什麼我的信用卡可以在其他網站使用，卻無法在這裡付款？

Why can I use my credit card on other websites but not here?

不同網站的付款處理及安全驗證流程可能有所不同。因此，即使您的信用卡可以在其他網站使用，個別交易仍可能無法完成。建議您聯絡發卡銀行查詢，或與我們聯絡尋求協助。

Payment processing and security verification may vary between websites. Therefore, even if your credit card works on other websites, a particular transaction may still be unsuccessful. Please contact your card-issuing bank for assistance, or reach out to us for further support.

4. 付款失敗，但銀行顯示已經扣款，怎麼辦？

What should I do if my payment fails but my bank shows a deduction?

請先不要重複付款。部分交易可能只是暫時預先授權，實際扣款狀態需要進一步確認。請聯絡我們核實付款狀態。

Please do not attempt to pay again immediately. The transaction may be a temporary authorisation, and the actual payment status needs to be verified. Please contact us so we can check the transaction status.

5. 若仍無法付款，可以如何尋求協助？

What should I do if I still cannot complete my payment?
