食用方法：將一包悅樂沖調飲加入50ml的熱開水，攪拌後即可飲用。沖泡濃度可依個人喜好酌量增減。

Directions: Add one Yue Le Powder drink bag to 50ml of hot water, can drink after stirring.add more powder for a richer drink.

建議用量：每日1~3次，每次一包，請依情況適用。

Suggested Use: Depends on the situation , take 1-3 packs per day.
